 After reading the article, it proves that good communication is important and it is also link with good engagement and attrition. From the article by the Project Management Institute's, the most crucial success factor in project management is good communication. Large amount of money is wasted due to ineffective communication US75 million is at risk for every US1 billion spend on the project. I learn that effective communication is always the key to success. Without having an effective communication as a team, ideas are hard to be brought across, thus wasting unnecessary time and effort. Being a leader, will require to think rationally provide sound reasoning and provide a coherent argument. This will in fact provide a good and effective communication.      Edited 5 Sept
